Grand Fiesta Americana Monterrey Valle

Our first room was very dirty, with dust and feathers all over the room. There was food on the mini bar menu, garbage along the bed frame... the sliding glass door to the bathroom area was broken. It was a mess, and for the price - not worth it. After speaking with the front desk, they moved us to a different room which ultimately was better. Just a quick walk down the hallways, and I am very certain they are not vacuumed very often, as feathers and garbage lines the floors. Aside from this, it's a very industrial contemporary design. Great location.

Excellent service as soon as we arrived. Everyone was very courteous and hospitable. We’ve stayed at other luxury hotels but they are extremely courteous here. The rooms are a little small but clean and renovated. Special recognition to the guys at the concierge desk, Homero, Alejandro and Pedro whom were very helpful in our 3 night stay. Definitely recommend this hotel if you go to Monterrey.

Hotel is awesome. Service is amazing. Location is amazing. DO NOT ORDER ROOM SERVICE. They will find a way to alter the account afterwards, draft more times than you authorize and at the end, charged won’t make sense. Over $400 USD on room service charges.

This place had exceptional service. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. If I had any complaint it would be that the bar closes at 11pm and the bed was to soft for my liking. Just to be clear the bed was comfortable I just prefer a firm bed.

Stayed in Jan '26, this hotel exceeded expectations on every level. Staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, rooms were emmaculate and luxurious, food/wine were excellent. The views from my room on 14 were unreal, simply beautiful. From start to finish this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. A plus, nearly everyone spoke perfect English. The area is very high end and safe with a huge selection of shopping and restaurants (all across street via bridge), again all high-end yet affordable. In total, I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment and it's employees. If you are considering staying here, do not hesitate.

We visited Monterrey for the PalNorte and decided to book Grand fiesta after reading the good reviews about it. It does live up for the expectations. I have to say the spa is just a great experience and escape from the heat. I booked a last minute appts on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to accommodate it very fast. The hydrotherapy is a must to experience, a great way to relax after sightseeing. And front desk staff is very professional, no hard selling at all. The hotel concierge is very helpful to give recommendations and guides for things to do. Only thing to make sure you have the street address of the hotel when using app based car service.

I stayed here (at the advice of a coworker who is local) for a business trip. This place is beautiful, it's located perfectly in the heart of the shopping/mall/restaurant/sports plex area of San Pedro, and the price is super reasonable for the accommodations. I was here for 11 days, seeing the common areas transform many times to prepare for different private or public events. It was constantly busy with some celebration or happy event, so the vibe was never stale or cold. I really enjoyed staying here for work and the staff went above and beyond to make every part of the stay a great experience. As an American who does not speak Spanish as well as one should to travel into Mexico, I can tell you that many of the staff speak english and the ones that do not are fast to go get one who does. The staff stands out as beautiful and awesome just as much as the property and amenities. The restaurant on the 4th floor was amazing for breakfast/brunch. I only ate there for those meals (buffet), so I can't speak to the dinner service or room service. The breakfast/brunch buffet was the best I have ever had or could dream of. The sheer variety and volume and QUALITY was just amazing. I can not say enough good things about it. Not one bad thing or situation comes to mind 3 days after checking out. The stay here was just the absolute best and the people made me feel as at-home as I have ever felt away from home. I am excited to stay here again!
